Holly Toomey Joins Vital Data Technology as Their VP of Product Management

Vital Data Technology is excited to announce the addition of Holly Toomey as our new Vice President of Product Management. Reporting to COO Doug Downing, Toomey will be responsible for developing new products to increase market share and improve current products to drive customer satisfaction.

Before joining Vital Data Technology, Toomey worked for 15 years at McKesson, holding various positions such as Director of Product Management and AVP of Care Management Strategy. Since McKesson, Toomey held positions at MCG Health as Director of Clinical Product Management and Innovation and most recently was the Vice President of Product Management at Medecision. “Everyone is extremely excited about having Holly on the team,” commented Downing. “Her product management expertise, along with her knowledge of the product management life cycle, will be of tremendous value to both Vital Data Technology as well as our clients.”

In this role, Toomey will be leading the VDT product portfolio strategy and execution. With over two decades of experience in software product management and the healthcare industry, she will also be overseeing strategy,  product requirements, development, and execution that drives an exceptional customer experience.

Prior to this role, Qureshi was the Director of Clinical Solutions at Casenet for over 5 years where she led regulatory compliance for Medicare and Medicaid, NCQA accreditation, and clinical strategy initiatives. Before Casenet, she acted as a Senior Specialist for Deloitte Consulting, responsible for all clinical, operational, and IS workstreams for multi-state healthcare systems. “We’re thrilled to have Amy on board and a part of our growing team,” said Toomey. “Her background in compliance, product improvement and sustaining customer satisfaction will be a great asset to the product team’s ambitious growth plans for 2021.”

With over 20 years of developing clinical solutions strategies and implementation, Qureshi is also a Registered Nurse, BSN whose nursing and case management experience was in pediatrics, prior to enabling health organizations to improve outcomes through systems and consulting. In her new role at Vital Data Technology, she will be leading and executing the product initiatives for the Affinitē CM and UM solutions. Her upcoming enhancements to the current analytics and workflow design will ensure that Affinitē users receive a superior user experience and an even higher return on investment.
